ChildrenPopulating Field

Event which is fired when children are about to be populated (Load on demand). Return false in order to cancel children populating. Function takes arguments evt and ui. Use ui.owner to access the hierarchical grid object. Use ui.parentrow to access the row element for the row that's about to be populated. Use ui.id to get the data ID of the row.
