Event fired when the user attemtps to stop dragging the zoom window. Function takes arguments evt and ui. Use ui.zoomWindow.left to get the current zoom window left position as a fraction of the absolute width of the target. Use ui.zoomWindow.width to get the current zoom window width as a fraction of the absolute width of the target. Use ui.owner to get reference to igZoombar.
