Function takes first argument null and second argument ui.
Use ui.owner to obtain reference to linear gauge widget.
Use ui.actualMinimumValue to obtain the mimimum value of linear gauge scale.
Use ui.actualMaximumValue to obtain the maximum value of linear gauge scale.
Use ui.value to obtain the value on the linear gauge scale associated with the label.
Use ui.label to obtain the string value of the label.
