DisplayTimeOffset Property

Sets time zone offset from UTC, in minutes. The client Date value is displayed with this offset instead of the local one.

Note:

This option is best used when the actual value is UTC so the outcome is consistent. Values with ambiguous time zone could map to unpredictable times depending on the user agent local zone.
