Event fired after notifier is shown. Function takes arguments evt and ui. Use ui.element to get the element the notifier showed for. Use ui.content to get or set the content was shown as a string. Use ui.notifier to get the notifier element shown. Use ui.owner to get reference to the igNotifier widget
