Showing Field (NotifierClientEvents)

Event fired before a notifier is shown. Return false in order to cancel action. Function takes arguments evt and ui. Use ui.element to get the element the notifier will show for. Use ui.content to get or set the content to be shown as a string. Use ui.notifier to get the notifier element showing. Use ui.owner to get reference to the igNotifier widget
